It's been a bit since I've updated but all is well. I'm busy. It's hard. Here is my Monday-Friday schedule:

5:00am Wake up
6:00am Yoga or Body Pump class
7:15am Run 40 minutes on treadmill (about 3.25-3.5 miles)
8:00am 20-30 minutes on elliptical
stretching, and sometimes hot tub.

9:30am - 5.30pm work

6:00pm - 9:00pm go home, eat dinner, pack gym bag, lay out clothes, errands, relax.

It's kind of a tight schedule. It's hard. But it's pretty much a routine. My 3 hours at the gym is my time!

Saturday mornings I take three classes and make cardio/running optional.

I lost one pound last week and am down to 215. I hit 45 pounds down. I think the running is helping. It's so hard. Today I did 45 minutes on the treadmill but probably walked 15 minutes of it. Some days I can run the 40 minutes straight. It's frustrating.
